A new opportunity to join a multi-million-pound turnover business based in Carlisle. My client is currently going through the process of setting up their own new internal IT Service Desk team and are looking for several IT Support Engineer - Service Desk Engineers to formulate this new team.

We are looking for IT Support Engineers / Service Desk Engineers who are confident communicators and have strong trouble shooting skills. Ideally having had a few years' experience within a similar role.

From a technical perspective you shall be working within the following environment:

Windows 10

Windows Server 2016

Office 365

Active Directory

Dynamics 365
