An excellent opportunity has become available for an IT Workplace Solutions Specialist to steer the operations of external service providers ensuring adherence to contracts. You will manage local business IT requirements, provide VIP support, support AV and digital office operations and projects.

Key Accountabilities:

* Steering of external resources (people or providers)

* Implementation of central and local processes, tools and applications to support workspace operations.

* Work with central product owners to support and develop new technologies.

* Responsible for delivering a high level of customer orientation.

* Volume and Budget Planning and invoicing for workspace devices/services.

* Implementation of central and local processes, tools and applications to support workspace operations.

* Work with central product owners to support and develop new technologies.

* Managing operational incidents and escalations, especially within production.

Skills & Qualifications

* Good level of professional experience in IT Operations.

* Experience of Project Management

* Excellent knowledge in operation processes in order to achieve high stability and reliability.

* Knowledge of Cloud Security

* ITSM knowledge

* Experience in Operations and structure teams

* Functional knowledge

* Understand IT Processes

* ITIL process knowledge and work experience.

* AGILE Project Management knowledge

* Understanding of IT Infrastructure and relations between components.

* ITPM process knowledge and work experience (advantageous).

* Ability to work as part of a team

* Ability to work interdependently as well as independently and to submit deliverables on time and with excellent quality

* Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) with both technical and non-technical colleagues / users

* Strong ability to understand and interpret business needs and requirements with an aptitude to move concepts through to proposal and successful implementation

* Experience in working with Agile Methodology

* Strong project management skills

* Flexibility to take up different tasks in the project

* Ability and willingness to coach and give training to fellow colleagues and users when required
