Applause IT are looking for a Junior Product Specialist to join an innovative retail software company with customers across the UK, Europe, and North America. This role would suit an individual who is looking to expand their skills and pursue a career in a leading software company,

You will be working within the Product team to improve the applications that our client provides to their customer base. As the Junior Product Specialist, you will configure and deploy implementations for new product improvements and provide expert knowledge on their product to partners and customers. You'll be the first port of call for product expertise, knowledge, and assistance in all areas of the business as well as working alongside stakeholders to identify any faults, investigate bugs, and document new features in their software.
