£55,000 - £75,000 starting base salary

OTE of up to double the base salary through commission if targets are met

Your mission as a Senior Sales Lead…

Analyse customer needs in terms of current business challenges, identifying projects and scoping potential solutions

Participate in new opportunity development through the collection of market information

Prepare proposals, respond to inquiries and support the selling process for other members of the sales team

Assists in lead qualification, opportunity development and tracking

Participate in all sales/marketing functions as it relates to company business

Supporting current clients as needed

Successfully execute across all disciplines of sales management, including Account /Opportunity /Relationship planning and sales methodology execution

Partner with Pre-Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success and Marketing management to identify and close software and services solutions in your accounts

Proactively identify and address issues that will increase growth velocity in your assigned Sectors

Effectively predict and deliver sales results through accurate sales forecasting

Actively use company's systems to manage business, including Dynamics365 Sales & Office365

What you've got…

Experience in selling M365 solutions, such as SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform or Microsoft UC.

Must be energetic, self-motivated and able to work independently to exceed assigned goals

Have a track record and solid commercial experience in a similar capacity in wither the Commercial/ Public Sectors or both

Possesses C-level contacts and relationships

Have a good knowledge and strong evidence of successful sales of SaaS/ Professional/ Managed Services propositions

Have a good understanding of the Microsoft Cloud Portfolio, and will be able to articulate business value and solution functionality

Ability to learn and understand product solutions and features

Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills: able to engage/sustain C-Level audiences and construct effective propositions/proposals and respond effectively to tenders

Possess excellent interpersonal skills, work cross-functionally within the organisation, and thrive in a collaborative environment

Demonstrated ability to execute sales methodologies (e.g. The Challenger Sale)

Experience working in a fast-paced, high growth company where change is a constant
