Be-IT is partnering with a leading global manufacturing business in search of a talented Process & Governance Architect to spearhead a transformative journey within their ERP processes. If you have a proven track record in ERP and a passion for process improvement and driving positive change, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

As the Process & Governance Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing new business processes associated with system changes. Your expertise in process modeling, documentation, and stakeholder engagement will be crucial to the success of this role.

You should have the following –

Essential:

Experience in the design and implementation of new business processes associated with system changes.

Experience modelling business processes, documenting work instructions and developing end-user training materials using a variety of tools and techniques.

Strong written communication skills in documentation and business process creation.

Facilitation of cross-functional workshops to identify requirements and to document ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ processes.

Strong communication, change management and stakeholder engagement skills.

A proven track record working in a complex business change environment and the ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities.

Good interpersonal and influencing skills, coupled with the ability to engage with leaders and process owners across the business.

Desirable:

Experience in a similar manufacturing ERP environment. Expertise in Supply Chain, Finance, HR or Commercial processes.

Knowledge of IFS10

Knowledge of Microsoft Visio and ClickLearn
