We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Regional IT Business Partner & Project Manager for the WP group, reporting to the Regional Head of IT – Moove Europe. Covering the Southampton head office and Airport Energy Services, Heathrow.

Role Overview:
The primary role of the Regional IT Business Partner and Project Manager – is to combine and understand the Fuels business with a thorough knowledge of Moove’s technology reference architecture and to develop and execute a plan to replace and upgrade systems to meet business needs and align to the standard architecture.
The role will work closely with the Fuels business (WP Group and Airport Energy) to build a strong knowledge of the processes and current systems. The role will also work with our regional and global IT teams to understand our application and infrastructure architecture and identify any areas where this would need updating for the Fuels business.
Responsibilities of our Regional IT Business Partner & Project Manager:
Understand current and influence future technology strategy and reference architecture
Identify opportunities, build business cases, secure funding and manage a technology demand pipeline
Create long and short-term execution plans
Ensure IT support services are fit for purpose
Project lead on implementation projects
Ensure the team is following IT delivery processes
Minimise impact of incidents
Skills required of our Regional IT Business Partner & Project Manager:
Experience of delivering and supporting IT technology in a fast-paced environment
Experience of leading IT projects
Strong understanding of Enterprise IT architecture, physical and cloud-based ecosystems
Knowledge of ERP, CRM and other enterprise software applications
Knowledge of application integration
Previous experience in a similar or related role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels
Excellent customer facing/service skills
Excellent organisation skills
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good to have:
Experience of best practice methodologies such as Prince2, PMP or equivalent
Mechanical or electrical engineering experience
Previous experience working for a multi-national organisation
Degree or equivalent in a technology related subject
