We are delighted to be working with a South Cambridge based company. They are recruiting for a Technical Support Engineer to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Provide tech support to customers and clients
* Resolve issues via phone and email
* Diagnose problems through recreating environments
* Log reported issues correctly
* Provide customer support in a professional manner
* Escalate issues when required
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience in similar role
* Knowledge of networking
* Driven interest in IT
* Excellent customer service skills
* Full UK driving licence (Essential)
