This is a fantastic FTC opportunity. We are proud to be supporting our who is currently undertaking a huge CRM change project and wish to hire a CRM specialist to support the existing team in the transition to the new systems and processes that come with a change of CRM. Seeking a highly experienced Senior CRM Requirements Consultant to join our team and guide us in selecting the right CRM platform that meets our client's current and future business requirements.
Purpose of the role:
You will bridge our legacy and new systems and processes, providing vital additional support to both the project team and Data Management.
You will be responsible for performing discovery, capturing requirements, engaging subject matter experts and stakeholders, translating requirements, and creating solution specifications.
Write User Stories which the development team will turn into working software.
You will work to understand business processes, model the process and then suggest business improvements, enabling our client to engage their customers and deliver value.
Key Capabilities
The initial focus of the role will be on the programme/systems side, with the longer term objective to assist in transition to new CRM platform ways of working.
As a CRM expert, you will be responsible for identifying, gathering, and analysing our business needs, evaluating potential CRM systems, and recommending the right platform that aligns with our objectives.
Our current environment includes SAP for ERP, Jira for Service Management, and Mitel Ignite for telephony. As such, the new CRM system needs to integrate seamlessly with these systems to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
As a Senior CRM Requirements Consultant, you must have extensive knowledge of CRM platforms on the market and their capabilities.
You must be able to evaluate these platforms against our business requirements and financial constraints to recommend the right platform that meets our needs.
Advise, implement, facilitate (CRM) technology for managing all our company's relationships and interactions with customers and potential customers.
A new improved CRM system helps our business stay connected to customers, streamline processes, and improve profitability.
The goal is simple: CRM platforms/system to Improve business relationships.
Key Capabilities
Competent in the use of relevant IT packages
Well-developed interpersonal skills
Demonstrable professional and proactive approach
Demonstrable ability to work quickly, flexibly, and accurately in a dynamic, changing environment.
You will have good and demonstratable experience in CRM systems and KPI metrics
Minimum of 10 years of experience in CRM system requirements gathering and evaluation
Strong understanding of CRM systems and their capabilities
Experience in developing RFP documents, vendor evaluation, and system selection
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross- functional teams
Knowledge of the latest CRM trends and technologies
This is a contract position, and the project will conclude with the selection of the appropriate CRM platform.
