WHAT TO EXPECT We are actively in pursuit of an accomplished Cyber Security Programme Manager, poised to play a pivotal role in advancing our Information and Cyber Security (ICS) capabilities.
As a Cyber Security Programme Manager, you will be instrumental in orchestrating existing and new project teams and squads to deliver approved Cyber Security projects, programmes and products.
You will be at the forefront of our Cyber Security journey. Your mission? To cultivate and maintain a strategic view over the products, projects and programmes under your jurisdiction ensuring that each is setup for success, with the right resources, budgets and stakeholders and that they continue to deliver the desired value outcomes.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities - Leads the successful delivery of JLR Cyber products/programmes/projects ensuring priorities, interdependencies and resources are managed effectively
- Proactively plans and optimises resources in line with changing priorities so that a realistic value release programme is established and maintained
- Leading a programme team of Digital/Cyber/Business professionals and suppliers, monitoring progress through regular reviews and maintaining close contact with relevant stakeholders
- Works upstream with the ICS Leadership Team to understand proposals in the pipeline and ensure smooth transition into a new project/programme/product iterations within the portfolio ensuring that business stakeholders are managed appropriately.
- Works downstream with Digital Operations to ensure effective handover to operational support is managed as projects deliver and close. Establish long lived teams as more Products and Services move to DevSecOps model
- Ensures squads are delivering anticipated value/benefits in line with timing expectations and that stakeholders are informed by an awareness of current technical developments
- Responsible for ensuring that measurable Objectives and Key results are defined for all products, programmes and projects
- Monitor and report programme/projects performance (cost, timing, resources, deliverables and risks)
- Timely reporting of projects in line with JLR delivery methodology and Programme/Portfolio Management processes
- Partner with relevant process owners and Product Managers to ensure that all product/programme/project deliverables are met
Knowledge, Skills and Experience - Agile IT background
- Cyber Security Experience / Qualifications
- Significant experience managing a complex programme of IT change projects with track record of delivery
- Proven experience of complex stakeholder management, managing lots of stakeholders with different views
- Methodical detailed approach to work context
- Strong analytical skills to identify how one issue can impact on another and put in place the required interventions through support or from own knowledge base
- Ability to manage significant risks and issues
- Excellent communication Skills
- Proven supplier management experience
- Commercially astute thinking
- Ability to work to tight timescales
