NET Developer - Fully Remote - £55,000 per annum + excellent benefits

Overview:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Developer looking to work in an established technical department. The role will cover creating and managing system integrations between the various platforms that are in use within the company along with maintaining existing feature sets.

This role is ideal for someone who is keen a programmer with an understanding of systems integration and looking to further expand their skill set working within a skilled and friendly team of engineers. Opportunities to specialise in specific technologies or move into more networking or security focused positions will also be available.

Role & Responsibilities:

Research and development of new and existing software platforms

Maintaining and fault finding of various system integrations

Working with stakeholders to scope and develop systems

Documenting all aspects of system deployment

Developing scripts to help with automation and general system improvements

Assisting with integration of hosted services

CI/CD pipeline management

Essential Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 2 years experience working within a developer role.

Good hands on experience of ASP.NET Core, .NET Core, Python, PHP, MSSQL, MYSQL and Postgres. Y

Good understanding of concepts such as GIT, RESTful/SOAP API, Agile, Scripting and Linux.

Have either managed directly or been heavily involved in software development and deployment projects.

Desirable:

Experience of Infrastructure as code

Understanding of core networking concepts, TCP Stack, OSI

CSS, Apache, NGINX, IIS Experience

C, C++, Java

Experience within salesforce environments

Package:

£45,000-£55,000 depending on skills and experience
