Support Engineer – Audio Streaming – Upto £35K

We are excited to be working with a progressive, innovative client within the broadcast and streaming industry creating a variety of software products, widely used by some of the world’s biggest media companies. They’re looking for a Support Engineer to join their growing team to work on a large scope of products.

This is a great role for a support engineer to work alongside customers maintaining highly complex hardware and software and assisting them along their customer journey.

Responsibilities:

Support customers and systems integrators via phone and email for hardware and software issues

Utilise remote access software to operate on client systems.

Updating and maintaining all configuration and support records, including CRM

Carry out installation, configuration and/or training of company products either remotely or on customer premises.

Perform system health checks. 

Skills:

Experience with windows servers and operating systems

Experience with PowerShell or Command line

Build working relationships with clients.

Strong communications skills including dace to face and on the phone.
