Role Overview: As an Application & Discovery Engineer, you'll manage Application, Certification & Discovery Requests, ensuring quality deployments using SCCM. Certify software installations, create documentation, and liaise with the Application Packaging team to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle software requests from start to finish.
Collaborate with customers on requirements.
Prepare precise technical specifications.
Conduct testing and quality assurance.
Assist with UAT Deployment using SCCM.
Configure and monitor SCCM deployments.
Maintain workflow records as needed.Key Skills/Experience:
Strong proficiency in Application Discovery.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Windows 11 and desktop OS knowledge.
PowerShell and scripting skills.
Technical documentation experience.
Familiarity with SCCM, Group Policy, and more
