My client is a successful, growing international digital transformation consultancy based in South Manchester. Due to growth they are seeking to recruit a Recruitment Coordinator on a 6 months FTC basis (with the view to go permanent). You will join a talented team of dynamic, friendly and motivating professionals.
Your new role
Reporting into the recruitment manager you will work closely with and support them in all aspects of recruitment from advertising vacancies to candidate selection and onboarding. Your role will be to provide a positive candidate experience, dealing with any candidate queries quickly and efficiently. You will also support key process such as contact with agencies, CV tracking, database updates, scheduling and coordination of interviews, candidate management and collation of feedback. To be successful in this role you must have previous recruitment coordination experience (tech industry experience would be highly advantageous) and have strong work prioritisation, organisation and time management skills.
