Avanti Recruitment are working with a group of award-winning law firms who are at the forefront of the legal industry who are looking for an experienced IT Manager to join their team. They have a central team to manage the tech infrastructure across the group.

As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the infrastructure, safeguarding data and ensuring the service desk performs to the highest level.

Responsibilities include overseeing and enhancing IT infrastructure, ensuring system reliability and security, and making informed procurement decisions. Additionally, developing a strong IT security strategy and leading the IT team to provide top technical support.

Skills and experience:

* 3+ years of experience of IT Management

* Proficiency in IT Systems and Networks

* Work well under pressure

* Strong knowledge of IT security best practices and data protection laws

* Excellent communication skills

* Even better if you have experience within the legal sector
