My manufacturing client is looking for an experienced ERP Support Analyst, ideally with exposure to Dynamics AX 2012 or Dynamics 365, for a permanent role situated at their HQ based just north of Cardiff. Reporting to the Head of IT this role will provide technical support for the onsite Dynamics AX ERP application processing support calls by in-person, phone based or an online ticketing system.

My client is currently utilising MS Dynamics AX 2012 though they are considering a major migration project to Dynamics 365 (F&O/Business Central) in the next year and there will be extensive involvement with this project. Additional expertise with SQL, report writing, scripting etc is required, and any Power BI knowledge would be beneficial. Experience working in a warehousing, operations or manufacturing environment would be very useful.

If you don't have specific Dynamics AX/365 experience my client is happy to consider experience with alternative ERP packages such as SAP, Oracle, Agresso, JDEdwards, IFS etc as extensive training will be provided through an agreed development plan. This role has a hybrid working pattern with 3 days a week in the office and 2 days working from home.
