Job Description:

As an MI Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive business growth and performance. You will work closely with their finance and analytics teams to support data-driven decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and objectives.

Gather, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support business initiatives and strategic decisions.

Create data visualizations that effectively communicate complex information to non-technical stakeholders.

Provide recommendations based on data findings to improve business processes and outcomes.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Data Analyst in the finance sector.

Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.

Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when necessary.

Knowledge of finance and accounting principles is a plus.
