Helpdesk Coordinator
Our client is looking for an engaging and passionate Helpdesk Coordinator to join their Head Office in Hertfordshire.
You will need to drive to get to the office and also be able to visit some of their sites
You will be responsible for providing first line IT support and to assist in resolving day to day IT problems/queries to ensure that smooth running of the IT systems takes place at all times.
Duties:
* To log and maintain calls with both software and hardware maintenance providers ensuring that the calls are responded to within SLAs
* To be involved in the firm’s new starters and leavers processes ensuring that the procedures for managing these is comprehensive and carried out to the full
* Coordinate IT business information/activity including interpretation of technical documentation
* Produce good quality documentation and written reports, e.g. how-to guides
* To assist in the implementation of new software packages
* PC and laptop builds
Requirements:
* Helpdesk / customer service essential
* Working knowledge of using Helpdesk logging software
* Microsoft Exchange
* Active Directory, Group Policy
* Helpdesk / customer service essential
* Experience of automation systems for deploying PC/Laptops
* Backup Software
