This expansion project sees them now on the hunt for a Senior technical engineer, an ambitious all-rounder who is capable of managing escalations and will be the new point of call for technical outages and a source of knowledge to the rest of the team.

Proven experience in a similar role (preferably experience within an MSP or IT Solutions company)

Strong Microsoft knowledge - Office 365/ Exchange/ SharePoint

Networking- Switch and Router configuration, LAN/WAN, DHCP,DNS

Firewalls - Configuration, trouble shooting

Azure / AWS

VMware, Hyper-V

Windows server (phone number removed)

ITIL

Antivirus

Backup technologies
