IT Support Analyst - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
We are working with a UK company who are looking for a Support Analyst with knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, networking concepts with a background of supporting users and resolving issues.
Working as part of a team you will be first point of call for user issues, providing initial triage and taking ownership as well as carrying out audits of IT equipment, phone systems, carrying out installations and perform routine maintenance.
Required Skills and Experience:-
Holding an industry recognised certification e.g. Microsoft Certified Professional, CompTIA A+/Network+
Demonstrable hands-on experience of PC hardware support and maintenance, including Microsoft Windows operating systems
Demonstrable experience of application and end user support
Demonstrable experience of Active Directory administration
Supporting the Microsoft Office suite of products
Active Directory user and group administration
Knowledge of general network (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) support
Knowledge of general telephony (PBX and VoIP) support
