3rd Line Support Engineer
My client, a leading UK MSP, is looking for a 3rd Line Support Engineer to join their rapidly growing team. They are looking for a highly technical support engineer who will provide top-level technical support to their clients, and occasionally to their in-house team. As they work with a broad range of technologies, no two days will ever be the same!
Provide third-level technical support to resolve complex hardware and software issues, both remotely and on-site if required.
Manage and maintain client infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and storage systems.
Investigate and diagnose complex IT problems, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of systems, configurations, and support procedures.
Ensure that security measures are implemented and maintained, including firewall configurations, access controls, and security patching.
Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.Technical skills:
Practical experience with Office 365 Admin Centre, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
Familiarity with networking concepts (VLANs, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
EndPoint Manager - MDM, MAM, Compliance, policies
