1 day in the office in SittingbourneThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and highly committed Customer Service Advisor with experience or an interest in IT.

Duties include:

Providing first-level contact and problem resolution for customers with issues.

Providing high level support to over 25,000 customers

Assisting in the troubleshooting with network issues.Ideal candidate will have:

At least one year's previous experience in Customer Support

A proven ability to learn new products, develop technical knowledge and apply new skills in a high paced environment.

Great communication skills are a must.

A strong teamwork ethic is essential.
