Our client is searching for a Software Support Consultant to join the support team where customer care is a priority. The correct candidate will need to approach problems logically, and have the ability to work as part of a team and independently whilst having the ability to adapt and be flexible depending on the work demands.
The ideal candidate will have had exposure to SQL and be passionate about technology. The day-to-day actively will include analysing reports, managing SQL databases, providing application support to external customers, and assisting with web-based software queries.
