Our client is seeking a passionate and talented IT Technician to support the delivery of all their IT services. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain some serious IT, network and support experience within a busy environment.
Responsibilities
Be the initial customer contact point for IT services, delivering top-notch customer service.
Take ownership of reported incidents and service requests, troubleshooting and resolving them within defined time lines.
Create and update user guides and resolutions as needed.
Audit, repair and maintain IT equipment.
Install and configure new IT equipment and associated infrastructure.
Liaise with third-party support providers to ensure timely fault resolution.
Be prepared to travel for on-site support, installations, and routine maintenance.Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills.
Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of IT service management tools.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Willingness to travel and adapt to changing schedules.
