Position - Junior PHP/Wordpress Developer Location - York (2/3 days in office)

Salary - Up to £28K

An exciting new opportunity for an advanced PHP Developer to join an established, York-based, Design and web agency.

The successful candidate will work alongside the Design Team to design and create a wide variety of mobile and web applications. The ideal candidate will have experience with both back end and front end technologies to enable them to create great looking applications.

Ideally, you will have at least 2+ years of agency experience working with bespoke WordPress projects.

Main Duties/Responsibilities

Develop Websites including E-commerce sites

Updating existing systems and adding new features

Bug Fixing

Collaborate with other teams within the company as and when neededRequired skills:

PHP5+

Wordpress Knowledge

JavaScript

SQL/Database Design

HTML/CSS

MYSQL KnowledgeDesirable but not Essential

Knowledge of PLESK

Client Side Frameworks

Linux Development
