The role

We are searching for an Product Manager with a background in Unified Communication software / applications to join a growing business as they continue to expand their software offering withing the telecoms sector.

The role will play a key role in managing the full product life cycle and supporting the company's mobile and telecoms applications including delivery and implementation.

The role will be a new role for the business offering scope for autonomy and opportunity to build a team as the business look to expand their product range and customer base. You'll be working alongside an established software team to deliver brand new Unified Communication products in a technology focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Add value with previous similar expertise in managing telephony solutions (or software applications within the telecoms sector)

Work with relevant stakeholders to identify and develop business cases for new features

Communicate with multifaceted engineering teams to ensure product quality

Commercial awareness, strive to constantly improve the products performance and promote innovation

Essential requirements:

Commercial experience in Product Management or Product Ownership

Relevant experience in delivering UCaaS solutions, cloud telephony applications or software products within the telecoms space.

Prior experience working with technical teams in delivering software solutions

Background in Digital/SaaS/Software delivery

Full life cycle, end to end Product delivery experience

Experience in Agile environments

Customer facing and comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders regarding specific business and technical requirements.

Proactive and driven in your approach.

Desirable experience:

Experience with delivering telephone / telecommunication systems is advantageous

Knowledge of VOIP / PBX solutions is advantageous

Degree level education is preferred
