1st / 2nd Line Support Technician - Oxford
We are looking for a 1st/2nd Line Support Technician looking to take the next step in their career to join a successful and rapidly expanding specialist Academy near Oxford. This role can provide invaluable training and development opportunities.
The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 10am - 4pm however flexibility is required with the needs of the business.
Role and Responsibilities:
Provide 1st/2nd Line Support to end users
Troubleshoot Hardware & Software
Support the internal business users
Manage the IT when the IT Manager is away from site
Project workSkills:
Access to own car
2 years in an IT Support role
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Supporting Windows Operating Systems
Active Directory
Group Policy
O365 / Sharepoint / Teams
Troubleshooting Hardware & Software
