Position: Programme Manager – IT/ Technology – Management Consultancy

Salary: £65K - £75K depending on experience plus £7K car allowance, 30 days holiday, Pension, Private Healthcare, Employee Assistance Programme, Discount schemes and other benefits.

Location: England – remote based – must be able to travel around UK as required. You can also use their work hubs in Leeds or London if you prefer.

Background:

* Programme Management experience delivering major technology projects / transformations. This can be from an IT Outsourcing, Professional Services or Client side.

* Strong experience in IT Outsourcing and/or specialist in IT Service or Technology Domain expertise (Applications, Service Management, Networks, End User Computing, Data Centres).

* Knowledge and experience of common industry frameworks (ITIL, TOGAF, Prince 2, MSP, Six Sigma)

* Strong problem-solving skills, structured and pragmatic approach

* Excellent internal and client relationship builder

* Detail focused, output and outcomes driven

The role:

* Deliver large scale consulting programmes for private and public sector customers.

* Defining strategies and objectives to support programme delivery.

* Define and implementation of communication strategies and stakeholder management.

* Coordinate cross-project activities and inter-dependencies to ensure all projects deliver the desired outcomes.

* Manage staff of different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner.

* Apply change, risk and resource management.

* Resolve programme and projects scope issues.

* Ensure high level of client satisfaction during delivery.

* Lead and mentor other consultants within the company
