Job Title: Full Stack Developer – React
Location: Remote UK
Salary: up to £70,000

I’m currently working with a FinTech company in Kent who are looking for a Full Stack Developer with a focus on front end using React.
They have a massive client base and work closely with companies to help share relevant data within the financial sector and are looking for someone to come in a build a React app from the ground and help migrate the current Angular code base to React.
They’re at the forefront of creating cutting-edge web applications and need someone to come in and help maintain the in-house systems, codebase, applications, and client integration.
As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll need to have at least 3+ years’ experience with React, and although this will be a front end weight role, in the long run you’ll be working on some .NET projects so any experience with this technology or willingness to pick it up will be beneficial.
Responsibilities:
Develop responsive and high-performance user interfaces using React.js.
Collaborate with QA’s and back-end developers to implement user-friendly features.
Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.
Mentor junior team members.
Work closely with all stakeholders to trouble-shoot product and systems issues, exploring solutions and implementing long-term fixes to prevent recurrences.Requirements:
Strong proficiency in React.js and its core principles
Experience with TDD (nunit, xunit, mstest) and/or BDD (specflow, gerkin, cucumber)
Understanding of data structures and databases
A broad understanding of operating systems, networks, web systems, design patterns and good coding practicesNice to have:
Masters level qualification in computer science or a similar related subject or have 3-5 years relevant commercial experience.
2-3 years of experience working with Software development in C# (.Net Framework and .NET Core)
Experience with REST APIs
Good knowledge of microservices and CI/CD
Good knowledge of Agile ScrumThe Full Stack Developer role is remote within the UK and offers a salary of up to £70,000 plus 10% bonus, private healthcare, 5% pension and 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays.
