Avanti Recruitment are working with a Software company located in Reading who specialises in creating full life cycle and bespoke CRM platforms for small to medium-sized businesses in different industries. They are looking for an IT Support Analyst who can join their team on a permanent basis.
You will be responsible for handling emails, telephone calls and troubleshooting issues. It is key that you have previous experience providing excellent customer service as well as working with bespoke software and fixing complex issues. Having a relevant degree is very advantageous.
They offer excellent growth and invest lots of time into your development whether that be moving up into the 2nd line team or move into a different team such as implementation or account management. Other benefits include 25 days holiday + Bank Holiday, Monday to Friday and a quarterly bonus.
