Avanti Recruitment are working with a software company based in Reading who were founded by NASA engineers who create industry award-winning SaaS CRM software for 5000+ companies across the globe.
With continued growth, they are looking for a 1st Line Support Technician to work on a hybrid basis (2 - 3 days a week in the office) who will provide application support to their customers and colleagues. You will be responsible for ensuring the CRM system is monitored and updated accordingly so all reports can be carried out efficiently.
Key skills for this role:
* Experience within 1st line support
* Knowledge of SQL Server or Terminal Services (RDP)
* Knowledge of Microsoft environments
* Windows networking troubleshooting including firewalls
* Excellent customer service skills
Bonus points if you have experience with:
* Crystal Reports
* Salesforce
* TSQL queries
* Accounting Systems
* Mobile data devices
* The hire industry
