QA Tester
We are looking for a QA Tester with 1+ years experience to assess software quality through manual and automated testing. The candidate is expected to work collaboratively with other members of the project team to ensure high quality delivery of the application in line with customer's business requirements and delivery timeline.
Responsibilities
*Review and analyze system specifications
*Collaborate with team to develop effective strategies and test plans
*Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
*Evaluate product code according to specifications
*Create logs to document testing phases and defects
*Report bugs and errors to development teams
*Help troubleshoot issues
*Review requirements, specifications, user documentation, help files, and other project documentation to assure quality of the products and tests to be developed.
*Develop and execute automated test scripts, Integrate test suites into the test management system and custom test and, Perform other testing-related duties as required
*Provide the manager with accurate and precise estimates for assigned task duration, along with confidence levels and foreseeable dependencies.
*Test software for validity of results, accuracy, reliability, and conformance to established standards.
*Develop, write and execute test cases during system integration and regression testing phases of solution development.
*Identify and document software defects during program evaluation and testing using recommended tools.
*Follow quality assurance standards, processes, and controls and work to continuously improve the QA processes.
*Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
*Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
*Analyzing users stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility
*Collaborate closely with other team members and departments
*Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)

Experience

Required Skills
*Understanding of software development lifecycle and exposure to AGILE, specifically SCRUM Framework.
