Responsibilities: Ability to co-ordinate with various business stake holders and source systems in getting Requirements and resolving the issues with in SLA Provide optimized Technical Solutions for the issues. Provide Daily/weekly status report to Customer and Internal Stakeholders. Help Development team with any technical queries/issues. Should be able to contribute in creating documentation whenever new modules goes live and also should be able to document all recurring and new issues occurred in PROD. Perform other duties as assigned Ability and willingness to work in 24 / 7 support model, including night shifts.
Required Skills: Should have 6 - 8 years of total experience and having min 2 years of experience in AbInitio. Intermediate AI knowledge (Service Now, Control Center, Autosys, Generic(graphs, plans) development, performance optimizations, multi file system etc.). Database knowledge(Partitioning, query optimization, basic query writing, indexes etc.). Experience with various Ab initio parallelism techniques, Ab initio Graphs using Data, Pipeline & Component parallelisms Strong knowledge in Oracle / SQL (along with procedures and functions) Strong knowledge in Linux including shell scripting. Dedicated, diligent and efficient. Good communication skills and prepare to go for extra mile
Nice to have skills: Domain knowledge in Finance / Liquidity reporting is an added advantage Basic Project/Release Management - Jira, RLM, service now.
