Role Name: Manager, Senior Salesforce Developer
Location of Requirement: Hyderabad
Role Profile • In this role, you'll be joining our CRM, External Digital and Marketing team within Corporate Technology (CT) as a Manager, Senior Salesforce Developer.
Tech Profile/Essential Skills • 10+ Years of technical experience • Hands-On experience of working 8+ years with Salesforce as a developer. • Experience leading and managing a development team in a fast-paced environment. • Experience managing delivery of Salesforce development. • Able to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions. • Experience with Apex and Visualforce. • Experience with Salesforce declarative tools such as Flows. • Experiance with Lightning web components, Lightninig platform. • Experience with CPQ, Sales, Service Cloud. • Experience with CI/CD and Deployment tools. • Experience with providing technical solutions and supporting documentation. • Testing and debugging apex code, ensuring quality and performance of the Salesforce application.
Preferred Skills and Experience • Experience with Integrations using REST and SOAP APIs. • Experience with Experience Cloud. • Strong troubleshooting skills on these platforms. • Minimum knowledge and understanding of financial markets are desirable. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. • Ability to communicate effectively in English with all levels of staff, both orally and written. • Ability to manage own work and multitask to meet tight deadlines without losing sight of priorities under minimum supervision. • Highly motivated, self-directed individual with a positive & pro-active attitude to work. • Customer and service focused, with determination to meet their needs and expectations. • Be driven and committed to the goals and objectives of the team and organization.
Education and Professional Skills • Professional qualification or equivalent. • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or STEM degree (Desirable). • Solid English reading/writing capability required. • Strong communication & articulation skills. • Curious about new technologies and tools, creative thinking and initiative taking. • Relevant DevOps certifications will be beneficial. • Agile related certifications preferable.
Detailed Responsibilities • Must interact with global teams in time zones spanning UK, US, APAC areas. • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and other cross-functional teams to understand project goals, requirements, and deliverables. • Develop high quality solutions on the Salesforce platform in line with business requirements. • Support Go-Live through activities such as system design consulting, developing software platforms, capacity planning and launch reviews. • Participate in Project related activities to meet operational needs. • Manage project priorities, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery within established deadlines. • Provide a high level of customer service, whilst working under pressure. • Perform code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous enhancement of development processes. • Collaborate with administrators and integration teams to design and implement seamless integrations with other systems. • Support with technical discussions, problem-solving, and issue resolution related to Salesforce.
