Role : Oracle Identity Manager Engineer
Location : India
Role: L3- Sr. Oracle Identity Manager Engineer
Location: India ( Bangalore/Pune/Hyd)
Roles & Responsibilities
• Work closely with OIM lead engineer and customer application team to understand application, user schema, entitlement schema, use cases, business rules, gather requirements and plan Application integration activities.
• Prepare LLD for OIM Application Integrations
• Build, test, UAT and deploy custom application integrations with Oracle Identity Manager
Technical Expertise
• 7+ years in Identity and Access Management technologies.
• 3+ years' experience with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Application Onboarding
• Good understanding and knowledge of Identity Management and entitlements concepts
• Good understanding of OIM connector features, provisioning, deprovisioning and reconciliation concepts
• Good understanding and knowledge of how to integrate applications with Oracle Identity Manager
• Experience integrating enterprise applications with Oracle Identity Manager using out of box connectors
• Experience integrating custom applications with Oracle Identity Manager
• Experience creating custom connector using Generic Scripting connector, Database Application Table connectors, Flat file connector, etc.
• In depth knowledge and understanding of OIM connector framework, setup and customization
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Groovy or Bean Shell scripting
• Good knowledge and experience working with APIs, SDKs, Directories, Databases, SQL, PowerShell, Unix/Linux Shell Scripting
• Should be methodical with attention to details
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good client facing and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under fixed timelines and meet deadlines
Tools:
• Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) - Must Have
• OIM ICF, OIM Connectors - Must Have
• LDAP Directories, SQL Databases - Must Have
• PowerShell, Unix/Linux Shell Scripting - Must Have

Behavioral Skills:
• Interact, co-ordinate with different teams and get the issue resolved on priority.
• Aggressive follow up, Updating the stakeholders on the status on priority issues by following proper escalation matrix
Qualification:
• Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
