The selected candidate will work closely with the Occupational Psychology Community to review, analyse and evaluate College online assessment business processes and user needs. Deliver business-enhancing focused solutions, through documenting requirements, defining scope and objectives to parallel business strategies.
Person specificationSome of your responsibilities will include:
- Effectively communicating insight, research, findings and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Building ideas, concepts and perspectives and provide an enterprise view of the impact and opportunities to inform decision making.
- Working with colleagues across the College, evaluate business processes, capture requirements uncovering areas of improvement and identify ways to develop solutions; adding value and increasing efficiency in business operations.
To be successful in this role you'll need:
- Demonstrable experience in translating functional requirements into technical specifications for technology solutions.
- Experience in the production and analysis of statistics and management information.
- Excellent standard of Business Process Modelling Notation.

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to translate technology systems issues into business language when communicating and influencing with users.
- Strong ability to produce process maps with cross functional activity.
