We are currently working on:
- Building a concurrent workflow systems with thousands events being processed per second
- Integrating cutting-edge deep learning research into our auto ml solution
- Serving billions of files in real time
- Optimising and designing database schemas to efficiently store and lookup hundreds of millions of rows
- Build services that scale into thousands of instances
- Building an automated performance testing suit for handling high concurrent load and integrating it into our CI/CD pipeline.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or higher in Computer Science or a related field with a strong portfolio of projects.
- Strong experience with functional programming; familiarity with Elixir in some capacity is required
- Python is also very beneficial language to know for this team.
- You have worked for a growing SaaS start up or scale up and have ideally worked extensively with media files `
- Strong experience with optimising/designing various database queries and schemas
- Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases (Postgres, DynamoDB / Elastic etc)
- Experinece working with various cloud offerings, specifically in regards to storage and scaling
- Fluent in English
