Project Scope - Data Governance

Support the project milestones delivering the groups data governance programme at site level co-ordinating with the site / group data managers, with the objective to improve the sites data maturity and understanding allowing the business to gain value from data generated and consumed.

Develop the sites data "heat map" to demonstrate visually the maturity and potential opportunities to improve specific areas.

Project Scope - SQCDPI/E Automation & QRQC Digitisation

The scope for this project is to support the business and automate the SQCDPI metrics below understanding and utilising data from multiple different sources, E.G SAP / Safety Culture / ADP etc, and generate a link between POWER BI and Smartsheet to allow these to be readily available and presentable at all times.

Ensuring that data is stored within the correct filing format, the reporting format is actuate and have been validated, through pulse method to ensure that this accurately demonstrate the performance of the business.
