The role:

At this exciting time of growth, they are seeking an Account Manager with previous rail industry experience to help maximise business opportunities. You will play a significant role in the development of strategy, being the voice of the customer. Whilst also building and maintaining relationships with principal contractors.

Responsibilities:

Develop tailored implementation plans for rail clients to expand technology adoption and generate new opportunities

Create growth strategies focusing on financial performance and customer satisfaction

Apply expertise in addressing client safety challenges to drive solutions and boost adoption

Ensure solutions are executed with a clear roadmap, guaranteeing long-term valueKey Requirements: 

Proven track record in relationship management, client projects, or operational roles within the rail sector

Deep knowledge of the rail and infrastructure sector, ideally in sales or account management

‘Commercial flar’ for swiftly identifying and assessing growth opportunities, product improvements, and tech applications

Experience working trackside at Network Rail or one of their primary contractors is advantageousWhy Join?
