**Position Overview:**  

As a French-Speaking IT Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the IT systems while providing exceptional support to users in both the UK and France. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of technical issues, making your language skills in both French and English indispensable.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide all round IT support to users in the UK and France.

- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Windows and Mac platforms.

- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments.

- Administer and support Microsoft 365 applications and services.

- Maintain and optimize Active Directory and related technologies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges.

- Document support requests, solutions, and maintain a knowledge base.

- Participate in IT projects and upgrades as needed.

- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices.

**Qualifications:**

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support roles.

- Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

- Proficiency in troubleshooting issues on Windows and Mac operating systems.

- Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration.

- Experience with Microsoft 365 and associated applications.

- Familiarity with Active Directory and related technologies.

- Exceptional problem-solving and customer service skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals) are a plus.

**Work Environment:**  

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with approximately 2 days a week in the office. Candidates should reside within commuting distance of St Albans, Hatfield, Hertford, or North London to accommodate this office requirement.
