The company's dedication to their clients' requirements, mean they supply Engineers onsite to troubleshoot, configure and install of all solutions and with the additional workload coming form increased sales, the Engineers need some further resource. This role will suit you if you are currently a desk-based support employee looking for a role in the field or a professional Engineer with the ambition to move to a successful company.

Some of your duties will be:

Undertake maintenance work on customers ICT services.

Provide installation and configuration services for a wide range of ICT solutions.

provide high quality customer experience in relation to the installation or maintenance of a customer's IT or Telephony services.

Liaise with the project management teams, 3rd Line Engineers and Service Desk Engineers on a regular basis.

Audit and document client infrastructure.

The role is covering the South of England, so travel is expected but few job require you to be away from home overnight.

Prior experience in an engineering role is essential and some experience in cloud technologies such as M365, Azure, Intune and SharePoint are helpful. Although training is provided, we need you to have an understanding in voice technologies such as SIP, VOIP, ISDN or vendors including Gamma Horizon, LG IPECS or Mitel.

Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum
