Gleeson Recruitment Group have just been briefed on a fantastic 1st line support role to join a Midlands based business for an inital 2 month period.
Installing Pcs and upgrading software where needed
Tablet set up for Direct Sales Agents and Engineers (Android)
Admin for phone systems
Supporting employees and field agents in hybrid an on site location
Take ownership of user problems support and be proactive when dealing with issues
Assist in managing remote access for users and remote desktop users
Database administration and asset track updatesExperience
