You will join as an R&D Architect for IMPACT Mobile device manager product of Nokia Device Management group. The Nokia IMPACT Mobile device manager is a converged, cloud-enabled solution that allows enterprises and CSPs to securely manage network-connected devices through the entire device lifecycle.
What you will learn and contribute toAre you passionate about solving problems?
As part of our team, you will:
- Work with Product Managers & product owners to understand customer needs, queries & RFQs.
- Work with R&D team to convert customer requirements to technical requirement.
- Responsible to drive Product Engineering practices to deliver with quality.
- Accountable for working with R&D team for e2e delivery of EPICs to closure.
- Drive internal process improvements & innovations in software engineering to move the team towards best-in-class practices.
Follow all Nokia Information Security policies and guidelines including ISMS (ISO27001 program)
Your skills and experienceYou have:
- Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years' experience of architecting software/IT/telecom solutions.
- Expertise in relevant technologies including Java/J2EE, Linux, Web Technologies and DBMS like Oracle, MariaDB, Casandra & Redis.
- Exposure to Virtualization and Cloud technologies (Kubernetes/Dockers/Open Stack/VMware etc.).
- Exposure to Continuous Integration & SCM environments (Jenkins, SVN , GIT/GERRIT etc.).
It would be nice if you also had:
- Familiarity with OMADM, OMACP, TS43 and RCS protocols.
- Experience with SAFe - Scaled Agile Framework for software development.
- Performance engineering for Java-based applications.
- Skilled in resolving critical technical problems involving cross domain dependencies.
- Analytical and Creative mindset with Quality Consciousness
- Ability to communicate/convince development teams with the feature requirements.
- Familiarity with processing of field/network performance data, traces, logs
