Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager - IT Industry - Mumbai
Job Responsibility
Strategy Development and Implementation:
• Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business goals and workforce needs.
• Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
Team Leadership and Management:
• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of recruiters to ensure they meet performance targets and deliver high-quality candidates.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities.
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, professional networks, job boards, and industry events.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, colleges, and other talent sources.
Candidate Experience and Engagement:
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Communicate effectively with candidates, provide timely feedback, and manage candidate expectations.
Employer Branding and Marketing:
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the company's employer brand and presence in the job market.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote the company as an employer of choice.
Compliance and Diversity & Inclusion:
• Stay current with legal requirements and industry standards related to recruitment and hiring practices.
• Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring a diverse pool of candidates and an inclusive hiring process.
Reporting:
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management regarding recruitment activities and outcomes.
• Prepare daily reporting
Key Skills: Mandatory:
Experienced in IT recruitment, end to end.
team handling experience
Target Industry: IT
Experience in Logistics domain preferred

Experience: 3 to 5 years
Job Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
Working Days: 6 days (2nd and 4th Saturday off)
Qualification: Graduate or MBA/ PG in Management or Marketing
Notice Period: Immediate to 60 days
