Key Responsibilities:
• Production Support Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of production support specialists, ensuring they are equipped to supply exceptional support to our software products. Should have managed large teams of 20+ engineers.
• Client Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing client ticket resolution handling and ensuring their needs and expectations are met in a prompt and effective manner. Coordination with Teams across different geographies.
• Technical Acumen: Ideal candidate should have managed support engagements and been part of large 24x7 L1, L2 & L3 Managed Services teams with Salesforce or CRM related projects being the core.
o Experience in any two or all the major Salesforce Clouds such as Sales, Service, Community, Marketing Clouds is mandatory
