We are looking for a 1st Line IT Support Technician to join a growing organisation, based in their new site in Wythenshawe. In the role, the successful candidate will work within a small but dedicated IT team and provide first line desktop support to around 1000 users.
There will be occasional travel between sites located in close proximity, so a full UK driving licence and access to your own car are required. Any travel costs will be reimbursed.
Duties and responsibilities include;
Support on-site hardware, including repairs and network troubleshooting.
Install software across the site.
Rapid on-site response to first line support issues
Deliver basic training for users and advise on applications.
Active involvement in refresh projects for on-site devices and network infrastructure.
Manage access control, including Active Directory.
Skills / Experience required:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar 1st Line / IT Support role.
Previous experience troubleshooting end-user computer devices.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including 0365
Windows Desktop OS
Basic knowledge of Networking
Active Directory
Good written and verbal communication
Motivated, enthusiastic and adaptable
Keen eye for detail.
