Business Analyst - Risk & Compliance

Jersey (Channel Islands) - Hybrid working

£42,000 - £52,000 + benefits + progression

Are you a proactive problem-solver, passionate about risk management and compliance? As a Risk & Compliance Business Analyst, you'll be pivotal in enhancing our clients Risk and Compliance function. Your expertise in systems, projects, and Management Information will drive efficient processes and aid in establishing a robust AML/CFT and sanctions framework.

This role reports into the Head of Risk and Compliance and working closely with numerous internal and external stakeholders. Preferred sectors you would have worked in include: Risk / Compliance, Legal and Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and refine systems and controls for sanctions screening and client info.

Collaborate on a strong sanctions screening framework.

Provide insights on AML/CFT processes and controls for reports.

Contribute to online and in-person training sessions.

Assist in projects for policy improvement and regulatory compliance.

Experience:

Strong analytical and data skills.

AML/CFT knowledge.

Familiarity with CDD, RiskScreen, and Microsoft applications.

Project exposure preferred.

Qualifications:

ICA Diploma in Anti-Money Laundering (desirable).
