We are seeking an experienced Lead Data Architect to join our team. As a Lead Data Architect, you will be responsible for owning the architecture and shaping the data Target Operating Model within a regulated environment. Your role will involve leading the architecture and delivery of data platforms, data quality, data modelling, master data management (MDM), reference data, and other related initiatives. This is a permanent, full-time position for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise architecture, Azure, and cloud delivery.

Responsibilities:

Own the data architecture and shape the data Target Operating Model within a regulated environment

Lead the architecture and delivery of data platforms, data quality, data modelling, MDM, reference data, and related initiatives

Collaborate with stakeholders to define data architecture strategies aligned with business goals

Drive the implementation of data governance frameworks and standards

Evaluate and recommend data technologies, tools, and approaches to meet project requirements

· Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and own documentation within a regulated environment

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the data architecture team

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data architecture and related domains

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Data Architect or similar role

Holistic experience with Azure, including the design and delivery of data platforms

Strong expertise in data architecture, data governance, data quality, data modelling, MDM, and reference data

Proven track record of successfully leading data architecture and delivery projects

Familiarity with cloud delivery methodologies and best practices

Experience in a regulated environment, including ownership of documentation

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
