Commercial Services Group is recruiting for a Field ICT Support Engineer on behalf of Cantium Business Solutions, which is part of Commercial Services Group.

The Role

If you have experience working in an IT Service Desk environment and enjoy speaking with customers daily and travelling to various sites this would be a great opportunity for you. Field ICT Support Engineer’s will provide on-site technical support to our key customer sites with a focus on customer service excellence.

Due to the nature of work being carried out we do require the candidate to have a valid UK driving license and access to their own vehicle.

This role requires a DBS check to be carried out, please consider these factors before making your application.

Key Duties:

Provide on-site support to customers

Respond directly to user requests for support across a number of disciplines (including mobile telephony, windows OS, Hardware support & user administration)

Proactively monitor tickets to ensure prompt service delivery

Accurately capture and record all tasks undertaken

Respond to requests in accordance with KPI’s and service level targets. Promptly allocates unresolved calls to appropriate teams, keeping the customer informed of actions taken

Undertake calls to Cantium standards to include detailed call notes of all steps taken to resolution

Assist other support and project teams when required

What we need from you:

Proven experience of working with customers, Delivering high standards of service excellence.

Experience of supporting Windows 10 Enterprise

Understanding on InTune MDM. Experience preferred.

Friendly, outgoing personality with a drive to engage with customers directly.

Precise and methodical approach to IT Support with an attention to accounting for time

Comfortable working alone or within a team.

Full driver’s license

Understanding of ITIL with qualification preferred but not essential
