Lead software design, development, and review for a range of systems, from embedded processors to networked systems.
Partner with systems and hardware engineers to implement software solutions, including software-hardware and software-firmware interfaces.
Ensure adherence to detailed technical requirements throughout design, integration, and testing phases.
Effectively communicate within a multi-disciplinary team.
Generate clear and concise technical documentation for internal use and customers.
Provide technical input for evaluating software design solutions.
Collaborate with Project Managers and Software Design Lead to resolve technical and project-related challenges.
Support research and product development, enhancing engineering quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.Software Engineer Responsibilities Requirements:
Knowledge and experience in software design and development, with expertise in at least one key programming language: C, C++, C#, or Java.
Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and RTOSs, with Linux experience being desirable.
Knowledge and experience of structured software design methodologies.
Interest in professional growth or working toward Chartered status is desirable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-site team.
