Overview of the Role:
We are currently recruiting a Sales Development Representative to join our growing Sales Team here at Tailor Made Technologies on a site based model. This role offers a 12 month training plan into a Business Development Manager Role. This ensures you get to know the company and are given all the training to succeed in a BDM role when you are ready. We are looking for a confident, personable and engaging professional who has a strong experience of outbound sales. This is an exciting role which is vital within the team, a wealth of knowledge and support will be given to ensure you are developing your sales career which in turn will ensure the continued growth of Tailor Made Technologies.
This role has competitive salary with an added commission structure.

Duties and Responsibilities of our Sales Development Representative:
As one of our Sales Development Representative’s you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional first approach to prospective clients. Most likely you will be the first person to engage with these businesses from Tailor Made Technologies, therefore you will need to have a confident, professional communication approach to selling. You will be using data from our marketing team to call and email prospective clients to secure appointments for our Field Sales Team.
Your previous experience:
* Previous remote sales experience (B2B or B2C)
* Proven success in a sales role
* IT Technology Sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
